At SpeXGuard, your satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind the quality of our screen protectors and accessories, and we want you to feel confident shopping with us. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple and transparent 100-day return and refund policy.
Returns

You may return your item(s) within 100 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

Proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation or receipt) is required to process a return.
Non-Returnable Items

Items that have been installed, damaged due to misuse, or not in their original condition are not eligible for return.

Gift cards and promotional items are non-refundable.
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

Shipping costs & order protection fees(if applicable) are strictly non-refundable. Only the product cost will be refunded.
- Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@spexguard.com.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us at support@spexguard.com within 7 days of delivery for a free replacement.

Exchanges are only applicable for the same product or another product of equal value.
Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our support team at support@spexguard.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide you with instructions for completing the process.
Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 7/59-61 ESSINGTON STREET, WENTWORTHVILLE, NSW-2145. SYDNEY - AUSTRALIA.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
